by chance I'm reading this book about, illustrated books, and how a picture can not stand by it self, but will always need to be part of a story, and how a story will always need a picture, this came just in the right time!

welcome to my blog, really nice thought of yours.. although the presence of the boy is so obvious, he is the story teller, the bird didn't seem recognizing what he did to him.

thank you

7abeebty mashkoora,
i never thought of! the bird is blind .. you remind me of khalil jubran, and his experiment of masks and the sun.. well yeah, sometimes the truth is really blinding whom around..

dearest dearest

wow tell me what its name please! .. i love these kinds of studies, and what coincidence, believe me, energy is around ;)

ee, once i attended a lecture, on a book for the life of a king, he was dyslectic (cannot read) but in love with cultural values, so the book about him.. was full of pictures about the praised fantasies of his and what he wants to be seen as or wish for.. and the text carries his true bare life, with all the flaws, mischief and illnesses..

can you imagine such book!

Sweet D,
the book is a novel, but it has many information about illustrations in the 16th century, it's "My name is Red" :p
it's very interesting, once you managed to pass the confusion of the few first pages, I haven't finished it yet, but highly recommend it
