I'm so happy for Bahrain, and honestly jealous...In Kuwait, there were some people trying to participate in this biennially, but I heard they got no funding.

In Kuwait they've been trying to participate since the 1970s!

the problem is not by finding the funding, it is by having the guts and knowledge to do it, funding definitely can be found when the value of mind overtakes the value in hand.
Correction:
Khalifa Qattan first demanded Kuwait's participation in an article published in Al Hadaf newspaper in 1962!
